1. Return Window
You may return items within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.

Items must be:
- In original condition with tags attached
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Intimate apparel and undergarments
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Damaged or altered items
4. Return Process

5. Return Shipping

Size Exchanges:

- Exchange shipping costs apply
- Same conditions as returns apply
Color/Style Exchanges:
- Treated as a return and new purchase
- Price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly
