Return & Exchange Policy

1. Hygiene & Safety Standards Due to the intimate nature of our products and to maintain strict hygiene standards, we have a specialized return policy.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we offer a Full Refund or a Free Replacement.

  • Requirement: Please report the issue via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the defect.

3. Size Exchanges If the size does not fit, we offer an Exchange-Only policy within 7 days of delivery.

  • Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Note: For hygiene reasons, adhesive bras and certain intimate sets cannot be exchanged once the seal is broken.

4. Refund Process Approved refunds for defective items are processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa within 7-10 business days.
