1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within Pakistan to the following areas:

• Major cities: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan
• Other cities and towns (delivery time may vary)

2. Processing Time

• Standard processing: 1-2 business days
• Custom or made-to-order items: 5-7 business days
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping:

• Major cities: 2-4 business days
• Other areas: 3-7 business days
• Cost: PKR 200-500 (depending on location and weight)

Express Shipping:

• Major cities: 1-2 business days
• Cost: PKR 400-800 (depending on location and weight)

Cash on Delivery (COD):

• Available in most areas
• Additional COD charges may apply

4. Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 5,000 within major cities.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within Pakistan.

6. Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
• We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses
• Address changes may not be possible once the order is dispatched

7. Order Tracking

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched
• Track your order through our website or the courier company’s tracking system

8. Delivery Issues

• Multiple delivery attempts will be made
• If you’re unavailable, the courier will leave a delivery notice
• Unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse after 7 days

9. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to:

• P.O. boxes
• Military addresses (restrictions may apply)
• Remote areas not covered by our courier partners

10. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

• Delivery location
• Package weight and dimensions
• Shipping method selected
